In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a replacement. 
 

We will accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of shipping date for exchange or credit only. To arrange exchange or credit note please get in touch with us and quote your order number using our email info@cosaint.ie
 

Damage due to wear and tear will not be refunded.
 

Unfortunately, COSAINT cannot offer refunds for used products.
